Last Thursday we hosted Star of the week assembly and taught the school about the Taniwha, a myth from New Zealand. We had a great time learning about this and writing character descriptions. We also enjoyed sharing a couple of our descriptions with the other students.

Next week we are going to be focusing on Australia for the week with the Holy Cross students who are still at school. We will be looking at History, Geography, Science, English and Maths. We will still be doing Reading each day.

If you have anything at home that is Australia related and you would like to share it please send it to school and we will have time to look at it during the week.
